  • Shoe organizer retrieval storage system
  • Temp rez holo display

It is no secret that many SL residents enjoy shoe shopping.  All that shoe shopping for your avatar results in more shoes than you can keep track of.   Now you can properly display some of your finest shoes with Shoe Display.

Shoe Display Organizer
The okCopy version of Shoe Display Organizer includes a pair of advanced features, Shoe organizer retrieval storage system and Temp rez holo display.

Shoe organizer retrieval storage system:
Allows you to store your shoes inside the (SL object contents) Shoe Display cabinet.  Touching the Shoe Display Cabinet evokes a drop down onscreen menu (SL dialog window) with a list of your shoes contained within the Shoe Display cabinet.  The selected shoe will be given to you.

Temp rez holo display:
Some shoes are notorious for having a high prim count.  The Temp rez holo display provides a means by which the shoes can be showcased, while not affecting your parcel prim count.

okCopy: This means you can make copies of the item. okCopy is a better value if you might need more than one instance of the item.

Extra Backup Copies: Besides this item being okCopy, the inworld productPM store features an Express Redelivery Terminal, that will give you a few extra backup copies. Should you suffer the misfortune of a Second Life server losing your inventory, you can get more copies of your item at the productPM store Express Redelivery Terminal.

You will also find that the okCopy version provides you with extra shoe stands, as well as (for advanced builders) the ability to create additional shelves and size modifications.

Set up Instructions:
Set up instructions vary depending on whether you own the noCopy version (Shoe Display) or the okCopy version (Shoe Display Organizer).

noCopy version:
No set up is required for Shoe Display.  This Shoe Display noCopy version is ready to use right away.  Simply place your shoes on the wood shoe stands.

Usage Instructions 2:
Temp rez holo display

Read !![IMPORTANT WARNINGS]!! before placing a shoe in the holo display.

Note: When a holo platform is first rezzed you may see a script error message.  This error goes away once a shoe is placed inside the holo platform.

A clear holo platform is included. Place a holo platform on top of the Shoe Display Organizer cabinet >  Right-click the holo platform > Select Edit > Select the Contents tab > Drag one shoe from your SL inventory into the contents window of the holo platform.  The holo platform will automatically rez the shoe above the cabinet. After you have set up one holo platform, it is ok to place more holo platforms on top of the cabinet also.

!![IMPORTANT WARNINGS]!!
-Only place copyable shoes inside the holo platform.
-You must set the shoe to temporary (that is the shoe that you place inside the holo platform must be set to temporary.

Advanced User Tip:
To set a shoe to temporary > Rez it inworld > Right-click the shoe > Select Edit > Select the Object tab > check off the Temporary box > Quickly take it back to your SL inventory.

Support Note 1:
productPM support is not provided for the holo platform, as there are too many variables dependant upon advance user prerequisites.

Support Note 2:
When a shoe is rezzed from the holo platform, it is standardized on a root prim rotation of 0,0,0.  Should you find a shoe does not stand up as expected, you may attach it to small block (as the root prim) that has zero rotations.  After the small block is attached to your shoe, remember to set it to temporary.

Support Note 3:
Temp rez settings sometimes behave differently on group owned land, in contrast to single owner land.  These odd conditions seem to be Second Life platform peculiarities.   It has been observed that temp rez objects seem to always appear to all residents on group owned land.  However, on single owner land it has been noted that only the temporary object owner can see it.
