Critical note:
Steps 14-16 above explain how to relink.  It is important that the large square cover prim is linked as the root prim.  This ensures that the your end-user resident is presented the drop down notice menu of notecards after clicking the Notecard Dispenser Deluxe.  When selecting multiple prims to link, the last prim selected becomes the root prim.

Behavior note: Auto-sense mode
When auto-sense mode is activated a scan for nearby avatars occurs every 30 seconds.   An avatar within the range of 10 meters will be shown a drop down notice menu to select a notecard.   A built in repetition blocker ensures that an avatar is only presented the drop down notice menu one time.  Resetting your Notecard Dispenser Deluxe will clear the repetition blocker, allowing the past receiver avatars to again be presented with the drop down notice menu.  While auto-sense mode is activated, a user can still touch the Notecard Dispenser Deluxe and a drop down notice menu continues to work.
