Technical support:
Detailed setup instruction guides are available for all productPM items. Technical support is available for a term of one week from the purchase date. Before contacting support, please re-read the technical documentation. You are welcome to use the form below to submit questions. Again, please make sure to first read the product documentation, twice.

Inworld delivery problem:
From time to time Second Life's transaction communication system fails. productPM strives to unite you with your purchased item via the Express Redelivery Terminal. Additionally the Standard Redelivery Reqeust ensures your productPM merchandise is delivered to you. Choose Express or Standard Redelivery below:
Express Redelivery Terminal:
If you purchased a copyable product from an inworld vending board, the fastest way to get another (no additional charge) is to go to the Redelivery Terminal located inworld at the productPM store.
Standard Redelivery Request:
If you did not purchase a copyable item from an inword vendor, please use the form below to request that productPM manually give you the merchandise. Make sure to include the TN# from your SL account transaction history as proof of purchase.
